The atmosphere was charming. The service was good. Location is a bit off the restaurant row and tons of construction going on around it which may hinder some. (but that will pass). The food, well, it was okay. We ordered chicken wings to start, because we just love chicken wings, we try them at every restaurant. These were not very tasty. We were warned on the menu though, they were smoked first, the smoked flavor came through very strong. We didn't care for it. John had a chicken cordon blue which was over cooked and dry. I had the trout which I could not get past 2 bites. Some people may love it, but it was cooked in oil and I felt it tasted like it was soaked in oil. Cole slaw was delicious and the steamed broccoli was also very good. The manager did come to the table and offer to bring me something else, it was handled well, I wish I could say I would come back, they really were gracious. I was awarded a gift certificate, asked to give them another try.......it won't be soon.

My family loved Our House. My kids loved it also, even the picky eater. Service was great and the food was delicious. The shrimp and grits were so good. My husband had the big house burger which was huge. The hot brown was also delicious. And the spicy crackers were addictive! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Johnson City.

Wonderful food. The hot brown was to die for and the prime rib that my husband ordered was fantastic we liked the smoky flavor. The crackers they serve are unique and spicy good. The service is friendly and efficient ... This place will be put in our monthly rotation.... Maybe bi-weekly ! Great place.

The best place I've eaten in a long time! By far the best restaurant in the Tri-City area! My entire family agreed how we were all impressed by the atmosphere and hospitality of the staff!

Awesome! Our second visit, this was for lunch and the Philly steak and cheese was great. Wife had Reuben and she enjoyed it. Currently going weekly, as it is that good.

Food good but service was bad. Server had no personality and actually looked stunned when we asked for wine glasses. Asked if we wanted them for wine. Second time here and service slow both times and not busy either time.
